Step 5 - Disable Follow Me

Remember to disable the Follow Me function if participants will continue working on agenda Topics after the meeting. This will allow them to select any Topic from your agenda to work on at their own pace. Click on the Disable Follow Me button on the Facilitator Main Screen.

TIP!

If you enable the Follow Me function AFTER participants have logged on, instruct them to click on Return to Main Screen another time. This will reset their screens; the Follow Me function will be ready to go.

Best Practice - Try out the Follow Me Function Ahead of Time

Practice using the Follow Me function with a friend before your meeting. It is a great tool to keep your participants together in one place on your agenda. If you feel like you have too much else to think about, just give the participants simple verbal instructions - sometimes this is all they need.
