Step 3 - Follow Me from Brainstorming to Voting to Results

Let's say the next step is to vote. Back on the facilitator screen, click on the Prepare to Vote icon and go through the simple steps of selecting a voting profile and distributing ballots. Click Save and View to check that the ballot is ready. Then click the Follow Me icon to update participants' screens.

Once the voting is complete, use the Mini Navigation Panel to change the Topic mode to Results - Graphed. Click Save and View, Tabulate Data and check it is all ready. Then click the Follow Me icon another time to have participants follow you to the voting results.
