Section 10. Facilitating a Meeting - Voting and Prioritizing

This section describes the process of taking a list of ideas in the flip chart and turning them into a ballot format for voting or prioritizing. The facilitator prepares for voting by selecting the method of voting or prioritizing from a broad range of options and distributes ballots. The Topic mode changes to Vote All Users. The facilitator changes the Topic mode again to view the voting results. Switch the Topic mode back and forth between Vote All Users and Results for multiple rounds of voting and discussion to bring the group to consensus.
